Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

This platform has commenced thorough identifying the gaps of inequality in various industries we collaborated with and through the national statistics reports. We intervened by interacting with the fundamentals of the concern through aligning with the call by The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG) of 2015 which highlighted 17 blueprint goals of change for action. These goals led us to  create a strategic platform of change and fairness into the industries we operate in. Within this sector of  business we have depicted various gaps of inequality for females, gender, age, race, religion, sexual orientation and disabilities. Within the seventeen goals of action by the UNSDG, we have adopted goal number five: Gender Equality, Goal Number 10: Reduced Inequality which we believe they navigate to ‘Goal number one: ‘No poverty. 

In selecting these substantial key points is to leverage our mission to combat unfairness, open access for all genders, race, sexual orientation and disabled people in a mandate to overcome poverty in our communities. 

Ultimately these key selected blue prints by Levites from the UNSDG aligned with our vision to Implement Levites United with core mandate to create change and develop communities through Diversity, Equity and Inclusion specialising in the workplace. Our strategic focus is to impact change in the workplace through leveraging within the Environment Social and Governance (ESG). We believe that ESG framework advocates for sustainability and ethical performance in the workplace. Linking Diversity inclusion and ESG are substantial for longevity of business sustainability and attract investors.
